Declaration :1 :-
I agree to abide by the rules of Ihrpg India and pursue the ideology of the Organization. I will participate in all UN activities & Program, as directed by our organization. Will Follow UDHR/OHCHR/NHRC guidelines. Will upheld the Constitution and Law of the Country. Will not ask for any Donation from other, unless authorized by Ihrpg India. Will help and volunteer Field Visit and Outdoor Activities in Human Rights Training/ Family Counselling/ APG/Swabhimaan /Fight Corruption/Others projects of Organization in all capacity.

Declaration :2 :-
I declare that I am a Active Member of Political Party of India, since last. years.And hold the post of. I declare that if there is conflict of views/interest among my political party and this organization.I will stand with the organization in public interest. If I fail I will resign Voluntarily or my Membership can be cancelled immediately. I also declare that I will not nominate or contest for any Executive Post of the Organization, at any Level.

Declaration :3 :-
I authorize my organization to add me in all present & future official Social Media apps at National/ State/District/Block/Ward level.I promise not to Post any Political and Religious related matter on these pages. If any posting is found to offend someone, some community, caste or our organnization image He/She can be expelled.

Declaration :4 :-
I will not join any other Human Rights Organization in India.If already attatched with any, must resign from there before joining or membership will be cancelled without any prejudice. All events and program information and reminders will be sent through Social Media app/ SMS /Phone/Emails/Letters/ etc. Its Members duty to come to office and be automatically connected with all programs and participate in the events.

Declaration :5 :-
All Membership Fees / Subscriptions are non refundable. No Salary / Honararium is given to Members. Honararium/Travelling Fees available in SomeProjects and Areas (Sole discretion of office).

Declaration :6 :-
Donor and Wellwishers can also be attatched with our organization. They have to donate a onetime lumsome amount towards organization welfare activities. And they have to give Yearly / Half yearly/ Quarterly donation to continue receive a Identity Card. But they cannot interfere in internal matters of the organization.

Declaration :7 :-
All Communications to office should be in written, request, communication, complain, leave,etc. Any complain against any office bearer or executive will be dealt internally and presided by upper committee. And their decisions can be appealed at higher authority in written.But need to have support of some Executive Members of that level. Any act to defame the organization in public or in social media will force us to expell from membership & Legal procedure.

Declaration :8 :-
I declare that I am not a Bankrupt or a Convicted Criminal in India. (If Convicted provide details).

Declaration :9 :-
No individuals are authorized to take oral or written complain in individual name or capacity. All Complain for help has to be addressed to local Ihrpg India Branch or Chairman, Ihrpg India, Head Office Failure will be treated breach of agreement and membership will be cancelled.

Declaration :10 :-
No individuals are authorized to accept Donation / Subscription from Members, Complainant, etc. We Never take any conditional donation for Service to Complainant.If any member found guilty membership will be terminated.

Declaration :11 :-
Donation for sustaining program of public interest can be accepted, by Members authorized by organization, on printed Money Receipt only at Head Office address. All donation should be voluntary, without any blackmailing,extortion favouritism, any contract or pressure. All donation in Cash, Cheque should be given a money receipt, even for Rs 1/-.

I have read and (translated in my local language)the above terms & Condition of duties and compulsion to become a Member of this organization. And agree to follow and abide by the rules. And agree to become Member & serve Society. I also state that all the decleration are true to the best of my knowledge and if found false my membership can be cancelled.
